Exchanges
We take great pride in handcrafting freshly made skin care products in small batches using the finest ingredients Mother Nature provides. 

With that in mind, your purchase is considered perishable. Your purchase is meant to be used once received, not to sit on a shelf and wait for a special time to use.

Face cremes and body cremes are freshly made.  They contain a natural preservative and are intended to be used within 6 - 12 months from the date of purchase.  Keep them out of direct sunlight & high heat. Don't leave it in a hot car!  When in doubt, especially in the summer, keep your face cremes or body cremes in the fridge until you are ready to use them.

All other products have a one-year shelf life and are intended to be used up within one year of purchase.  Keep them out of direct sunlight & high heat.  

Our exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, a picture of the product and the reason why must be emailed to info@madewithloveskincare.com. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@madewithloveskincare.com including a picture, and send your item to Made With Love Natural Skin Care, PO Box 20, Gardiner, NY 12525.  

Shipping
To exchange your product, you should mail your product to Made With Love Skin Care, PO Box 20, Gardiner, NY 12525

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns
